I am so very sorry to learn of Marie's passing. My family and I have so many joyful happy memories of Marie. We went on numerous outings and picnics when she lived in Ottawa and she was always so full of spirit and life. She and I would sit for hours knitting at the kitchen table with a cup of tea in front of us. She would tell me about her girls and all the many adventures she had in her life. I have a vivid picture in my mind of her striking a pose with a twinkle in her eye and a carnation in her mouth. Another of her standing with her arm around young Donald as we crossed the river on the Quyon Ferry on a day's outing. My deepest sympathy to the family. Jennifer Selkirk

She was a bright spark in this world, she would always try to make a person laugh , and always succeeded. She will be greatly missed. 😩😞😢

I was sad to hear that my Aunt Marie passed away. My memories of her are from long, long ago. She was always cheerful and full of light. And she was always really nice to me. My condolences to my cousins, Louise, Suzanne, and Laurette and their families.

I send my condolences, Marie was a joy to know. We shared many hours together as members of St Norbert's Church, the Millet Legion and the Wetaskiwin Theatre. Marie was a funny, fun loving individual that I will miss dearly. RIP Marie.
