Byron & Lisa: Sincere sympathy from our family to you on your loss....your Dad was kind to our family (during the minor league hockey days) and his pleasant way was a wonderful quality....hopefully something that lives on through his children and grandchildren. To Byron, Lisa, Janet, Gary and Roger and families: My condolences on Deryl's passing. I have many fond memories of cousin-in-law Deryl, visiting with him and Pat in Alberta and in Victoria, playing music together and generally being silly. In the day, Christmas just wasn't Christmas without getting together with Pat and Deryl. It was hard for all of us, but especially for all of you, I know, to see MS taking its toll on Deryl, though he took it in stride as best he could. I wish I were closer, so I could pay my respects in person, but I am unable to, so I send my best wishes to you all. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
