Dear Carol and family...
I am saddened by the reading of Pastor Wayne's passing.
I can still see in my mind's eye Pastor Wayne and I having a index finger encounter in the Sanctuary the day he married Charles and I.
He will be sorely missed

Carol we are so sorry for your loss. Ed and I have great memories of both Wayne and yourself . We always enjoyed Wayne's teaching at SPBC. You both welcomed Ed and I to the church and made us part of that family . Our prayers are with you and your family.

My warmest regards to the whole Wicks family. You were a big part of my memories in Sherwood park growing up. I will never forget Wayne helping me tie a tie for an interview I had when my father was unavailable to help. My prayers to you all.

My deepest sympathy to all of you ... During the last few days there have been so many memories of Wayne and how he used to laugh when he was being teased .. he was a loving husband,father and grandfather .. Pastor Wayne and this is how I still him regard him was a man of God who loved the Lord dearly ... Pastor Wayne you are home now ... no more pain or suffering and the Lord had his arms wide open for you ...

Wayne has had a long battle with cancer. He and Carol have dealt with it very bravely. We always enjoyed his visits east . Please accept our sympathy.

I will never forget how Wayne was so caring and supportive when my husband John was so ill. I was at Aunt Ella's and he prayed with me. My Dad, Paul Wicks, thought the world of him. So sorry for your loss.
