My sincere Sympathy to Gordon and all of Lois's family on her passing. As the leader of our Church Group, she was such a positive influence when I was growing up. I remember her as a wonderful, vibrant person and always cherish her memory.

Marjorie and family, sorry for the loss of someone so wonderful, the person you called Mom. When George and I first moved to Ponoka in 1968, I worked with your Mom, Mrs. Bowman , Myra Raugust and Don Saunders. I soon developed deep respect and an abundance of fondness for your Mom. She taught me so much with her quiet and understanding ways; I have thought about her numerous times through the years, and the mention of her name always brought a smile to my face and a warmth to my heart.

Dear Ken, Marjorie and Children:

I am sorry to hear of the passing of your mother and mother-in-law. I know that words cannot begin to numb the pain of loss that you are experiencing now.
I hope that all of you can recall the good times that you shared with her. That you will take comfort in knowing that you were there for her in her time of need and that through your acts of service to her over the years that you told her how much you loved her.
Take comfort in knowing that you did all that you could do. And that you did it willingly and set an example for her grandchildren to follow.

My thoughts and prayers are with family. Lois was such a kind, caring person and I am happy that I knew her. Thinking of Gordie as this time; especially after 62 years of marriage, it is a big loss.
