I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Irene was a wonderful person and a great mentor and friend. I worked with Irene in Ponoka. I had just started teaching at the middle school and my own mother passed away the first week of school. Irene was the first to reach out to me and I so appreciated the emotional support. She was a loving, empathetic and caring person. She will be missed and I'm grateful that I had the pleasure of knowing her. She was extremely proud of you Yvette and of your family. I hope that the memories that you shared together will bring you comfort and peace. My sincerest condolences to the family.

Especially for Yvette... I lost track of your mom after she moved off my unit. My heart breaks for you as you have lost a beacon in your life and heart. Praying for you especially at this time. Rejoicing in the knowledge that this is a temporary time, until we see loved ones again...

I just learned of the passing or Irene today. She was an inspiration to me. She was very helpful and and advocate for my son when he had difficulty in school. I am sure there is much sorrow for the family now, but may the comfort of God's Holy Spirit surround you at this time..

I am very saddened to hear of Irene's passing. For many years, she was a bright light in people's day; she was loved by the kids, staff, and all who were fortunate to know her.

Randy, she kept a picture of you in her office and always took the time to haul it out when I was visiting Diamond Willow... you and I could be brothers, we looked so much alike, and she took great delight in showing your picture to people and asking them if I was the older or younger brother :-)

I miss her cheerful smile, her enduring kindness, and will remember her fondly. My condolences for your loss, and my thanks for sharing her with us all.

My heart aches today for such a beautiful woman who I called my Kokom and my counselor. She told me to call her Kokom because I never really had one growing up. She was amazing! <3 You changed my life for the better and I will forever be thankful for having someone like you in my life. You were my mentor and I am so glad I got to tell you this a few years ago. You will definitely be missed and forever in our hearts. Love you Kokom ... may you rest in peace in that paradise place you always told me about. <3

I'm so sorry to hear of Mrs. Levesque. She was a councilor at DWMS where I attended junior high. I always found her to be so loving and caring of students and everyone around her. I often thought of her and wondered how she was these days. I know she had a kind spirit and is loved by all who knew her and by whom she'd touched in her life. Rest in peace Mrs. levesque. I'm so happy I knew you. You will be missed.

It has been a very long time since I saw Irene but I will never forget how wonderful she was as a councellor at the school our kids attended. She brought out the best in everyone she touched with her kindness, her caring and concern for others in and out of school. She was a friend to so many and I know our kids LOVED her and they always knew she would be there to listen to them when they needed her. Our deepest sympathy to her family and friends she left behind. They say people will may forget who you were or what you did but they will never forget how they made you feel...Rest in Peace Mrs. Levesque heaven gained a beautiful angel.
