Dear Family of Blanche.
The Obituary photo you have placed is a favorite of ours. It is Blanche with her warm beautiful smile like we will always remember her. With every visit to her farm home we were welcomed in with this genuine welcoming smile and visits could go on and on with so many interesting conversations. There is so much great history in her farm home and she loved to share the stories. The annual 'Paulson reunion' tradition was inititiated many years ago by Blanche and is one of many memories we treasure. Knowing that she was smiling and had her special caregivers at her side right to last breath of life in her own home. How great is that. Love Jim & Sylvia

So sorry for your loss. For almost a century Blanche was a cornerstone in her community, partner to your Dad and head of a wonderful family we are so honored to know and love.
The picture of her wonderful smile reflects her warm and caring soul.

Dear Family of Blanche Hoar:
What a wonderful woman your mom was! I can still see her smile and hear her voice and imagine her in her kitchen. She was always welcoming and interesting and interested, and so smart--qualities her children inherited. And what a beautiful smile she had. She was blessed to have such a lovely and loving family. May her memory be eternal.
Love and deepest sympathy,
Gail Baron and John Towill

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. My memories go back as far as visiting ‘The Hoars’ and picking Dennie up or dropping her off when we were in high school. Then came Farm Grandpa and Farm Grandma where we could be assured there were kittens to greet my children and I as we visited, usually to pick raspberries. There were waffles on Sundays and Boxing Day visits. Rest In Peace, Blanche, who I describe to others of her relationship to radio stories she told when we were in grade school.

When Gerry and I started hanging out and curling together in High School, I often found myself out at the Hoar's. Blanche was always the congenial hostess, always asking about my family, while sharing her fresh baking . What I remember most about Blanche, is her endearing smile, her positivism, and her love for her family, her farm, and her church. She emulates for me, all that is good about an agrarian livelihood, love of family, and our collective strength. You made the world a better place Blanche, and I thank you for it. My condolences to Gerry, Lauraine, Bill, Marilyn, and Greg. and families.
