Maria Nurse was born in England on October 21st 1958. Maria immigrated to Canada in 1982 and moved to Alberta with Allan, her husband, in 1989  where they  built their home in Wetaskiwin.  Maria gave the home life making the house a home. Gardening and tending to the yard was her loving hobby and passion. She worked at RBC Wetaskiwin branch for 24 years and is known to be a very kind, giving and helpful person.  After a long bout with cancer she passed away October 10, 2016. Maria leaves mourn her passing, her loving husband, Allan; mom, Francis (Spain); brothers, Louis (Spain), Mario (England); nephews; nieces; and a host of friends. There are no words for the sorrow felt from this loss and the home is now just a house again; filled with memories. A Funeral Service will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
