On October 14, 2017 Mr. Gordon Christenson of Lacombe passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital at the age of 86 years. He is survived by his wife Joan Bader; children Barry Christenson of Port Hardy, British Columbia, Lorna Fernie (Jim) of Lacombe, and LaDelle Ganter (Paul) of Clive; step-children Linda Gertz (Tim) of Abbotsford, British Columbia, Warren Bader (Tracy) of Brooks, and Everett Bader of Lacombe; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Joy Christenson. Gordon worked as a Literature Evangelist in Alberta and Saskatchewan for 29 years.
A Service to Celebrate and Remember Gordon’s life will be held at the College Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2017. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to A Better World Canada.
