William “Howard” George White

Howard was born in Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland on August 21, 1953.  He passed away at his home in Long Term Care in Wetaskiwin on March 11, 2026 with family by his side.   

Howard married Irene Nipshank on July 12, 1975. Together they raised their three sons, Trevor White (Candace Hunter), Cameron (Janine) White and Curtis (Jocelyn) White; six grandchildren, Oakley, Cashius, Keira, Seth, Noah and Mya as well as his siblings, Clay, Geraldine, Linda, Kurl and Randy and numerous extended family members and friends.   

Howard was predeceased by his wife, Irene; brothers, Eli, Cecil, Frank and Raymond; sisters, Mabel, Pearl and Rita as well as his parents.

Howard retired from Manluk in 2012 and always enjoyed time with his family and friends.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
