Walter William Whitfield

With sadness we announce that Walter Whitfield of Wetaskiwin, passed away at the age of 73 years.

Walter is survived by his step-son, Rob (Barb) Larson of Wetaskiwin; step-daughter, Shauna (Dave) Clark of Thorsby; grandchildren, Megan Larson, Nicholas Larson, Joel Larson, Tory (Jessica) Larson, Celine Clark; great-grandchildren, Michael, Arwen, Anika, Mollie, Bentley, Jayce, Brynnleigh and Oakland; brothers, Vern (Brenda) Whitfield and Wayne Whitfield, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Walter was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth and Doreen; niece, Tammie Whitfield as well as his sister-in-law, Susan Whitfield.

Cremation has taken place and as per Walter's wishes, no service will be held.  Donations in his memory are gratefully accepted to the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice.
