Wilton (Helen) Littlechild; aunties, Linda Littlechild, Marian (Darrell) Strongman, Pam (Martin) Heavyhead as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Virgil was predeceased by his parents, Agnes Littlechild and Chief Johnny Ermineskin; grandparents, Joseph Smith and Justine Littlechild; son, Alex Littlechild; adopted mother, Flora Thunder;brothers, Shawn Ermineskin and Michael Ermineskin; brother-in-law, Gary Littlechild; uncles, Francis, Dave Littlechild, Danny (Alice) Littlechild, Gerry Littlechild, Perry Littlechild, Kisikaw, Eddie Potts, Terry Lavallee, Charles Wood and George Ermineskin; aunties, Kathleen Small, Theresa Beebe, Josephine Littlechild, Theresa Bull, Florence Ermineskin, Emily Minde; nephews, Donnie Ermineskin and Shawn Littlepoplar Jr.
