Shirley Anne Boyce, of Wetaskiwin, passed away on Sunday, December 15th, 2024, at the age of 78 years. She passed away peacefully, with her loving son and granddaughter by her side at Grande Prairie Regional Hospital.
She is lovingly remembered by her son Michael, and two granddaughters, Mackenzie and Emily of Grande Prairie.
Shirley will be greatly missed by her sister Helen Miller; as well as her numerous nieces and nephews, Kelly and James Oakes, Shannon Ellet, Dennis Miller, Shawn Sellivan, Laurie Dempsey and Sheri Conn.
Shirley was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Myron Boyce; brother Robert Oakes; sister Dorthy Dempsey; and parents Lydia and Henry Ochs.
A Funeral Service will be held at Baker Funeral Chapel, on Saturday, December 21st, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., with Pastor Mark Schultz officiating.
Interment will take place following the funeral at Wetaskiwin Memorial Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Wetaskiwin Seniors Center (5216-54th Street) from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
