Sharon "Sherry" Krammer Obituary

Sharon, (Sherry) Louanne Krammer of Ponoka, Alberta, passed away unexpectedly on March 22, 2026, at the age of 72 years. Born August 4, 1953, in Strathroy, Ontario to Louis and Lorna Bonish.

Sherry was a devoted wife, mother and proud grandmother who lived life with kindness, love, strength and generosity. Sherry married her husband Allan on December 27, 1980, in Cupar, Saskatchewan. Together they built a life filled with love and family sharing 45 years of marriage.

Sherry was a dedicated mother, creating a safe and loving home. She treasured and loved her children and grandson and embraced every moment with them. Her favorite times were spent at hockey arenas, soccer pitches and ball diamonds across Alberta and Western Canada.

She is survived by her loving husband Allan; her two sons Brett and Matthew; and her loved and cherished grandson Matthew, who brought tremendous joy to her life; her sister Sheila (Tim); and her brother Kevin (Leeanne); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Lorna Bonish.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Ponoka Funeral Home. The service will be livestream broadcast & recorded and is available in the video viewer below.
