Sharon Anne (Hall) Gillespie

January 26, 1943 to April 25, 2023

Sharon died peacefully at the Wetaskiwin Hospital and Care Centre, knowing she was loved and with a song in her heart. Sharon is predeceased by her husband Alex, parents Rupert and Jean Hall and much loved aunts, uncles and cousins. Extended family was very important to Sharon, as were the friendships she made wherever she lived.  We trust there will be much laughter, some tears, lots of music and good stories as we remember and give thanks for Sharon's life in our midst.

A Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 12, 2023  at the First United Church in Wetaskiwin with a luncheon to follow. Interment will take place at a later date. The service will be live-streamed to Facebook and You-tube platforms. (firstunitedwetaskiwin.ca/memorials/ will have links to these sites).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Memorial Fund of First United Church.
