Roselyn Angela (Lassemba) Corbett

Roselyn Angela Corbett passed away on May 7, 2026 at the age of 61 in her home after a long, hard battle against COPD. She was always a fierce, but caring person with larger than life personality. Rose always stood up for herself and everyone around her. She could be rowdy, yet she was always the one to give you a place to stay, or make you a meal, lie to get you out of trouble, pick you up in the middle of the night and so much more.

Roselyn is survived by her mother, Therese Sirois; numerous uncles and aunties; siblings, Maurice Dougherty, Jackie Goddu Dougherty, Carol Dubitz, Steven Lassamba, Peggy Duiker, Frances Lassemba, Angie Lassemba; her children, Chad (Melissa) Corbett and Jasmine Corbett; grandchildren, Eric Le Corbett, Mason Corbett, Savanah Corbett; great-grandchildren, Aurora, Mataeo and Emery as well as so many nieces and nephews and an endless amount of friends.

Roselyn was predeceased by her father, Gordon Lassemba and her step-mother, Irene Lassemba

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Wetaskiwin Senior Centre (5216 54 Street, Wetaskiwin, AB T9A 2X1).
