Ronald "Ron" Spivak

Ron was born on June 30, 1953 in Edmonton, Alberta. He passed way suddenly in Red Deer on August 24, 2022.
As a young man, Ron excelled in sports such as football and baseball. Ron grew up in Ponoka and moved to red Deer after High School. He enjoyed a career in trucking and seeing many parts of Northern Alberta and the Territories. Ron also enjoyed yearly motorbike trips to the United States, especially the western coastline. He had a great sense of humor and always has something witty to add to the conversation. His telling smirk let everyone know he thought he got you!

Ron is survived by his daughter Dene Nicole “Nikki”; his two grandsons Andrew (Jessica) and Emery; his sister Pauline; and his cousins in England, Australia, and across western Canada. He also leaves to mourn his passing some great guys who were always there for him.

Ron was predeceased by his parents Kola and Emily; as well as many aunts and uncles.
