It is with deep sadness and relief that we share the news of Ron’s passing. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Patrice; son Devin (Nicole); grandchildren Annon and Jesse; son Jordan; grandchildren Aleena and Dane; stepson Tyler; brother Ken (Betty); sister-in-law Susan (the 3rd amigo) and Evan; and brother-in-law Miles.
Ron was known for his calm, quiet, gentle manner. He had a sense of humor that caught one off guard. He was a humble man, never looking for attention or praise. He enjoyed travelling to warmer climates. He loved the outdoors: walking, biking, fishing, camping, campfires. He took pride in looking after his home.
Ron’s career spanned many years in the nursing profession, from front line care to senior leadership and administration. He helped in making the lives of those with mental illness a little easier.
Ron, you left us too soon; we weren’t done loving you!
In lieu of flowers donations are gratefully accepted to Parkinson’s Association or any charity of your choice.
A celebration of Ron’s life will take place at a later date.
