He finally retired in 2018.

Ron married the love of his life - Connie, on August 10, 1974. They resided in Edmonton for a few years before moving to Bittern Lake.  As their family grew they decided it was time to build. Ron is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Connie; daughters, Rhonda, Hollie (Trevor), and Emily; his son, John (Laura) and his six grandchildren,  Brandon, Nathan, Carver, Abby, Bailey and Jack; his father, Clarence Logan; sisters, Patsy (Gary), Lynne, Sharon (Darrell) and Kathy; brothers, Bobby (Jesse), Tom (Diane) and Glen, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends who Ron considered family.  He was predeceased by his mother, Verna Logan; father-in-law, Bill Kohut and his nephews, Ryan Babichuk and Curtis Fries.
