Richard 'Rick' Kelly

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Rick Kelly of Ponoka on April 21, 2019 at the age of 62 years.

Rick was born April 3, 1957 in Cobourg, Ontario to Roy and Bertha Kelly.

Rick will be lovingly remembered by his wife Cheryl; daughter Michele (Mike); son Michael; step-sons Sheldon and Ryan (Heather); sister Lynda (James); brothers Rodger (Donna) and Ross (Jane); granddaughter Briana; step-granddaughter Gwendolynn; as well as numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

He was predeceased by his father Roy, mother Bertha, sister Bonnie, and twin brother Randy.

A Celebration of Rick’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Ponoka at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2019.  Cremation has taken place and a private family Interment Service will be held at St. Alphonsus Cemetery in Boyle, Alberta.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Royal Canadian Legion, Ponoka Branch #66.
