Reginald "Reg" Tews

With overwhelming sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Reg Tews on January 1, 2019, a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Reg is survived by his loving family; wife of 46 years, Janice; children, Ryan (Jocelyn), Stacie (Darcy) and Lisa (Cameron); grandchildren, Austin (Robyn), Emily, Brody, Dawson, Landon, Coen, Maxwell and Felix; great-granddaughter, Caelan; siblings, Genevieve (Lloyd) Schmidt, Earl (Linda) Tews and Solveig (Don) Kubbernus; sisters-in-law, Joette Podloski and Vicki Schurek; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many cherished friends.
Reg will always be remembered for his infectious smile and laugh, being able to bring joy and a smile to anyone he came in contact with.  His ability to do anything (and his willingness to do it for anyone) will never be forgotten.
To celebrate Reg’s life and the legacy he leaves behind, the family invites you to join them at the Calvary Baptist Church, 4910 Northmount Drive, Wetaskiwin on Friday, January 11 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
In honour of Reg, memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, S.T.A.R.S. or Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.
