Norman Breitkreuz

August 10th, 1944 - May 14th, 2025

Norman Breitkreuz, of Falun, Alberta, passed away in Edmonton, Alberta on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025, at 80 years.

Norman is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Georgina; his children, Debbie Breitkreuz and her partner Brian Landreville; Gail (Ken) Mastel and their children Kieran, Petra, and Annika Mastel; Lyle Breitkreuz and his partner Rochelle Oakes and Lyle’s children Elliott, Dylan, Jonah, and Evan Breitkreuz, as well as Lyle’s grandson Lane Breitkreuz; and his sisters-in-law, Elfia and Sharon Breitkreuz.

Norman was predeceased by his son George Breitkreuz; his parents, Herman and Leokadia Breitkreuz; his brothers, Otto (Rose), Art, and Paul Breitkreuz; his sisters, Ida (Joe) Saitz and Emma (Otto) Schmidt.

A Funeral Service will be held at Baker Funeral Chapel, Wetaskiwin, on Monday, May 26th, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
