It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Michael Campbell. He was a son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend.
Michael passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026, surrounded by the deep love of his family.
Michael was born on Dec ember 21, 1984, in the Red Deer Regional Hospital at 3:41 a.m. He was the eldest of 3 children.
Mike was the cherished son of Mary and Wayne Campbell and a wonderful brother to Tamara Cote and Brandon Campbell.
Mike was known for his sense of humour and his infectious laugh. He had a passion for Mechanics and the outdoors. Mike was always taking things apart and putting them back together, he spent most nights out in his dad’s garage working on quads or bikes or his vehicles. These traits he had were instilled at a young age due to the fact that our families favourite past time was spent camping and being outdoors.
Michael Campbell is lovingly remembered by his mom and dad Wayne and Mary; his sister Tamara (Nathan) Cote and sons; his brother Brandon (Dominque) and their daughters and sons; he is also remembered by his grandfather Joel Campbell; aunt Shannon and uncle Ron; aunt Colleen and uncle Colin, and their families; he will be remembered by his extended family of great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins. A Celebration Of Life gathering will be held at the Hi-U center in Ferintosh on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
We will be placing Michael in his final resting place at the Central Valley Cemetery. An announcement will be made at the Hi-U centre.
