Mellissa is survived by her husband, Jason Morningstar; her children, Jorden (Cory), Willis, Littlebear, Javon (Peyton), Jason (Ava) and Isabel; her siblings, Lance (Kim), Barb, Bruce (Jacqueline), Julie, Amanda (Lance) as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Mellissa was predeceased by her mother, Amy; father Lawrence; siblings, Roma, Fran, Rex, Brooks and Cody.
