Louise (Nelson) Orom

On December 21, 2019 Louise Orom passed away at the Ponoka Hospital & Care Centre at the age of 95 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son Ken Orom, grandson Ryan Orom (Becca), granddaughter Janine Orom (Adi) and great-granddaughter Katrina; her daughter Joyce Carothers, grandson Josh Carothers, granddaughter Kendra Richardson (Jordan) and great-grandchildren Kirby, Jake, and Jed; her sister Marie Jones; her brother Bob Nelson (Joan); her sister-in-law Terry Orom; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.  Louise was predeceased by her husband David Orom on June 5, 1991.

A Service to Celebrate Louise’s Life will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ponoka Drop-In Centre.

Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Ponoka & District Health Foundation (Long Term Care) or The Rimoka Housing Foundation.
