On April 6, 2022, Lorne Kleppe passed away suddenly at home. Lorne was born in Calgary where he lived most of his life until moving to Wetaskiwin in 2017.    Lorne began his career in loss prevention and moved into Safety after completing his CRSP Designation through the University of Calgary. Lorne served as the Executive Director of the Manufacturers’ Health & Safety Association for almost 17 years.

Lorne was predeceased by his father George and mother Monica.
