Karen Phyllis Schultz

It is with great sadness that we announce Karen Schultz passed away peacefully with her family by her side in Wetaskiwin,Alberta.  She is now our heavenly angel after a devastating cancer diagnosis, that took her at the young age of 63 years. She was loved as a wife, mother, grandma, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, friend and will be cherished in all our hearts. She was a hard-working woman that always so selflessly put the needs of others before her own. She worked as a pharmacy assistant for over 25 years and cherished many wonderful coworkers and customers along the way.

She will be greatly missed by her husband Brian; daughters Bryana (Stephen) Mardy and Ashley (Brent) Cross; and 5 precious grandchildren whom she loved spending her time with: Eastyn, Braedyn, & Owyn Mardy and Kael & Taryn Cross; brother Aubrey (Diane) Roth; and her adored nieces.  Karen was predeceased by her parents Dennis & Alma Roth; and parents-in-law Robert & Hazel Schultz.  

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when group gatherings are again permitted so that we can honour the beautiful person she was and all that she meant to us. Cremation has taken place. 

Donations in her memory will be gifted to Growing in Grace Preschool, a program dear to her heart, at Grace Lutheran Church, Wetaskiwin (Donations made to Growing in Grace/Grace Lutheran Church) or to a charity of your choice.
