June Don
1929 ~ 2023

June Don was born on November 12, 1929 in Hong Kong, and passed away on February 25, 2023 in Calgary, Alberta. 

June is survived by her loving family; children, Alice (Gordon) Hui, Betty (Kerry) Ho, Olva Don-Li, Noreen Don, Kim (Larry) Moore, Jeannie (Barry) Lee, Connie (Stephen) Joe, David (Helene) Don, Joy Grant (Jason Wroblewsky), Jim (Colleen) Don and Judy Don; grandchildren, Allen (Karina) Hui, Lauren (John) Manteuffel, Kevin Ho, Justin Lee (Jeff Alcala), Samantha (Sean) Mitra, Alissa (Megan) Desormeaux, Evan (Julia) Grant, Caelan Grant, David and Jaymee Don, and her great-grandchildren,  Brandon and Natasha Hui, Jayden and Brody Hui, Evie MacRae, Owen Manteuffel and Aeryn Mitra.  

June was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years, Bob Don, and her grandchildren, Jason Hui and Amy MacRae.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Chapel, with a visitation prior at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Wetaskiwin Memorial Cemetery. A light luncheon will be served at Huck’s Ranch Room (#103, 3840-56 Street, Wetaskiwin) at 2:00, following interment.
