Julie Annette (Wilson) De Atley

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Julie Annette De Atley, who left us peacefully on September 21, 2025, at the age of 74. Julie was born on August 26, 1951, and throughout her life she brought warmth, kindness, and generosity to all who knew her.

She will be forever missed by Larry, her devoted husband of 53 years. She will also be missed by her beloved son Eric and his wife Amanda, and their daughters Josephine and Jessie, as well as by her son Phil and his family. Julie will also be remembered by numerous other family and friends. 

Those who knew Julie will remember her for her selfless spirit, her unwavering support for those she loved, and the many ways she gave of herself to family and friends. Her most cherished times were when she was spreading joy to others whether it was putting on a whist tournament at the drop-in centre or showing up with treats for people. Her laughter was bright and unforgettable, a sound that will echo warmly in the memories of those who loved her.

A private gathering will be held to honor Julie’s life and legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you bring a memory to add to her memory book for her family to read.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered in our hearts.
