Joseph is survived by his father, Melton Louis; maternal brother, Conrad Young; paternal brothers, Justin and Jason Louis; parallel sisters, Cherrise and Tausha Swampy; children, Hailey Morin (Roxanne Morin), Kianna, Latrelle, Maleah, Ladianian, Quineisha, Esquire Young, (Morgan Saddleback), Sy’kyla and King Young (Renee Able); as well as numerous nieces and nephews that he took as his own; extended family members and friends. 

Joey was predeceased by his daughter (Babygirl Young); mother, Karen Maria Young; maternal grandparents, Kathleen and Russell Young, Frances Swampy
