Jessie Kathleen (Curtis) Vieaux

Jessie Vieaux (Curtis), age 89, passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on February 15, 2020 after complications from stomach cancer.

Jessie was born at Michichi, Alberta on June 13, 1930 and was predeceased by her sister Barbara and brothers Bill, Joe and Jack. She is survived by her daughter Marilyn Warne (Calgary) and two sons Allen Vieaux (Nanaimo) and Dale Vieaux (Calgary).

She lived in many locations in Alberta and Saskatchewan but returned to live in Ponoka in the later years of her life. She was active in the United Church and with the Royal Canadian Legion where she enjoyed numerous, treasured friendships. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Ponoka United Church on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m..

In lieu of flowers a memorial may be made to the Ponoka United Church.
