Jerry curl was a well known athlete. He played Hockey, Volleyball, Baseball, Fastball, Golf, Track and Bare back riding. He hustled in every sport he competed in. He was such a proud father. He adored his kids and was proud all his kids are just like him. When Jerry entered a room he lit it up. His humour his laugh his heart.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Candace Roasting; his kids, Jerae (Garin), Jerius (Jenelle), Jernaius, Jerelus, Jeresyn & Karch; granddaughter, Victoria; his mother, Marilyn Moonias (Bill Lightning); adopted parents, Marvin & Shelli Yellowbird; brothers & sisters, Heather (Duane), Erica (Jarred), Travis, Gerrett, Geralyn (Ryan), Johnny (Angel), Gerianne (Adair), Tyler (Marlie), Ryker; adopted siblings, Kacey and Lacy Yellowbird; nieces & nephews, Ebony, Elony, Harmony, Kazure, Kenan, Sadie, Jarred Jr Tatum, Caleigh, Maddox, Maryanne, Ryan Jr, Xavier, Isaiah, Janayah, Jaliyah, Arianna, Taylie, Tylie.

Jerry was predeceased by his daughter, Jerali Francis; father, Gerald Francis; maternal great-grandparents, Alfred Moonias, Alex Mooonias, Alice Whitebear; paternal great-grandparents, Chief Simon and Sarah Threefingers, Chief James and Emma Bull, Chief Peter Bull; uncle, Chief Rusty Threefingers; his favourite auntie, Marie Moonias/Crier; cousins, Joseph Moonias, Tania Threefingers.
