Jean Marguerite (Gordon) Sparks

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Jean, at the age of 95 years.

Jean was predeceased by her parents John and Alice Gordon, her husband Vernon Sparks, and her grandson Micheal Jolin.

She is survived by five Children Bryan (Yabu) Sparks, Brent (Liz) Sparks, Shayna Fulker, Bruce (Mary) Sparks and Sydney (Don) Spears. She will be lovingly remembered by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews and friends.

Jean was an avid reader, especially when it came to family history. She loved scrapbooking her finds for the family to enjoy. She was a fountain of knowledge and was always happy to share it with anyone who asked.

Though we feel a great loss, we are forever grateful for the endless memories we have been blessed with.

A private family service will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025.
