It is with broken hearts that we announce our loss of Jay Padgham.
Jay Walter Padgham was born July 23, 1986 in Wetaskiwin, Alberta to parents Dwayne & Dawn Padgham. His time on earth tragically ended February 23, 2023 at the age of 36 years.
Jay leaves to mourn, the 3 lights of his life - his wife and best friend of 18 years, Sharlene Padgham, and their 2 daughters, Courtlyn and Ariel; his 3 brothers: Lance (Brenda Lewis), his twin Wade, and Craig (Amber Harris); his mom Dawn; and his grandmother Marg Ravnsborg. He also leaves his sisters-in-law Samantha Harper (Ryan Hachey), Rebekah Harper, and Jessica (Jerry) Taekema; nieces and nephews Ryder, Chance, and Shane Padgham, Daniel, Alanna, Jace, and Kadence Taekema, Jaxon and Bella-Rose Harper, and Kailey Harper; aunts and uncles Rob & Nancy Ravnsborg, Blaine & Melanie Ravnsborg, Brian & Diane Padgham, and Len & Kathy Padgham; and numerous cousins and extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his grandfather Bob Ravnsborg; his great-grandmother Lydia Ravnsborg-Bolstad; his great-aunt Donna and great-uncle Harvey Schneider.
A man who loved his family above all else; a man with a story, a laugh, and a man who would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it more than he did.
