Janice Doreen (Holt) McKinnon

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Janice Doreen McKinnon.  Janice passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 11th at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Bert. She is survived by her sister Holly (Wayne); her two sons Gord (Arlene) and Doug (Leanne); and her grandchildren Jason (Zahira), Cheryl, Haley (Colby), Crystal, and Mario (Elisha).

Janice was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Janice loved her family, the lake, and travelling with Bert in their motorhome. She is with her Bert now.

The Funeral Service for Janice will be held at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church (205 Fir Street, Sherwood Park) at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2023.

A special thank you to the nurses and staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital Robbins Pavilion Unit 6 east. You were so kind.
