Jim is survived by his wife Joanne Frowen nee: Marchand; his children Richard and Ashley Frowen; his grandson Lincoln Burton; and his sister Debra (Steve) Zschockelt.

Jim was predeceased by his parents Paulina and Richard Frowen; and his brother Richard Frowen.
