James Elmer Maciborski passed away on December 22, 2024 at the age of 88 years.

He leaves behind daughters, Joan and June; sons, Michael and John; brothers, Walter, Harold and Ron; sisters, Sylvia and Shirley; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by wife, Evelyn and siblings, Melvin and Marie.

James was born in Alder Flats, Alberta and lived throughout Alberta, BC, and California before settling in  Wetaskiwin, AB.

He will be remembered for his love of gardening, cooking, and working on projects around his home. Cremation has taken place.
