Gertrude (Dahlberg) Dickau

On Saturday, December 6, 2025 Gertrude Dickau of Wetaskiwin, passed away at the age of 100.  She leaves behind her loving son, Brian (Linda) Dickau; her brother, Gunnar Nystrom; niece, Nicole Nystrom; nephew, Nikanor (Amanda) Nystrom (and son, Jonas); nephew Bart (Wendy) Domzy; her very special God Daughter, Pamela Greenland as well as her dog, Milo.

Gertrude was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Dickau; her sisters, Anna Dahlberg, Muriel (John) Domzy; brother, Clifford Nystrom; nephew, Dean Domzy as well as her companion, Tony Naperotti.

Donations in Gertrude's memory are gratefully accepted to the Salvation Army or S.T.A.R.S.

As per Gertrude's wishes, cremation will take place and a service will be held at a later date.
