Gerald Lester Newton

Gerald was born to parents Lydia and Gordon Newton on May 8, 1946 in Ponoka and passed away on September 6, 2021 at Northcott Care Centre at the age of 75 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 54 years, Martha; his son Greg (Jen) and grandchildren Lailey and Lauren; his son Garrett (Tara) and grandchildren Payden (Joel), Chase (Ceanna), Cydney, and Jodi; and his son Rob and his family. Gerald is also survived by his brother Leon (Carolyn). 

Those wishing to pay their respects are invited to a visitation at the Ponoka Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 10.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 10 at 11:00 a.m. at the Forest Home Cemetery, Ponoka.
