George Tsubone Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passage of George. He passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 3, 2020 in his 91st year.

George was born May 10, 1928 in Mission, British Columbia. His family was interned at the Popoff Interment Camp during World War 2.

He leaves behind his wife Harriet of 70 years; and five children, Naomi (James), Yvonne (Fernando), Raymond (Janet), Douglas (Cathy), and Ramsey.

He will be greatly missed by his family; and seven grandchildren, Keith, Chris and David; Jodie, Ken, Jamie and Amy.

George had a passion for fishing, gardening and he never won at our family poker games.

A private family service will be held.
