Frans Peter Visser

It is with deep sadness and much love that the family of Frans Peter Visser announces his peaceful passing on July 26, 2026, his 54th birthday.

Frans was born in Schiedam, Holland on July 26, 1972, and later moved to Canada.

Frans spent his life as a heavy-duty mechanic. Quick-witted and fun-loving, he always enjoyed a good game and a clever prank. There was never a dull moment being around Frans; he had an endless supply of legendary stories and a contagious laugh that could light up any room. He was incredibly smart and had knowledge of many things. He was always the person you could call for answers or advice. Although he was stubborn at times, there was never any doubt that he listened, cared, and appreciated all those around him.

Frans leaves behind a lifetime of laughter and unforgettable memories. He will be deeply missed by his daughters Bailey and Lily Visser; the mother of his children, Kelly Fjellstrom; and his three sisters, Karin, Ingrid (Grant Mantie), and Petra (Dave Porisky).

Frans was predeceased by his parents Cornelia and Pieter Visser, and his daughter Madison. He will be missed by everyone that knew and loved him.

A private gathering will be held.
