Esther Elivina (Schultz) Sherman

It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Esther Sherman on December 20, 2025, who passed away peacefully a the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre, surrounded by love.

Esther is survived by her children Terry (Faith), Melodie, Blaine (Darlene), and Tammy (Paul); her grandchildren Paeden, Michael, Ryan, Jordan, Jesse, Kendra, and Mackenzie; her great-grandchildren Merrick and Sawyer; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In memory of Esther, donation may be made to the Ponoka S.D.A. Church or any charity of your choice.

A Funeral Service will be held for Esther on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ponoka Funeral Home.  The service will be livestream broadcast and recorded (video viewer located below).
