Eldon Henry entered into rest in Wetaskiwin on November 11, 2024, at the age of 86 years. Eldon was born May 19, 1938, in Loon Lake, Saskatchewan.
Eldon is lovingly remembered by his family, Bob (Shelley) Henry, Debbie (Ross) Sherrer; grandchildren, Lesley (Alison) Sherrer, Chris Sherrer, Shandel (Dale) White, Tyson (Sara) Henry; great-grandchildren, Owen, Kairi, Oliver, Skylar Sherrer, Naomi, Abby, Zoe White, and Hannah Henry; as well as step-children, Lorne (Janet), Dan (Stacee), Anita (Gord) and Lois (Merle). Eldon is also lovingly remembered by his siblings, Emily, Algar (Lil); in-laws, Tony (Jeanette), Jerry, Laurie, Elaine, Irvin (Faye), and many other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Winnie Henry; stepmother, Irene Henry; first wife, Evelyn Henry; second wife, Pat Henry; and sisters, Grace and June.
Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Parish, 5113 49 Avenue, Wetaskiwin, Alberta with burial of cremated remains to follow.
