Donna Marlene (Sauer) Schmuland

Heaven gained a beautiful soul when Donna Schmuland entered God's paradise on September 16, 2023, after a courageous ten year battle with cancer. 

Her zest for life, kindness and interest in all of those around her will stay in the hearts of those who knew her forever. She lived with gusto, and a huge love of family.

Donna's husband "Deery" Ray; son Ray Jr.; daughter-in-law Rose; grandsons Jordan and Justin were her world, as she shared her love of them with all. 

Travel, volunteering, leading activities at church, and visiting friends were a huge part of her life, and the outpouring of love her family has had is a testament to the positive impact she has had on so many. 

In addition to Ray, Ray Jr., Rose, Jordan and Justin, Donna is survived by her sister Shirley McKenzie (Murray) and brother Dennis (Barb).

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Baker Funeral Chapel, Wetaskiwin.
