It is with heavy hearts we announce that Dianne Lucille (Lamarche) Fraser of Delia, Alberta, passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side, on August 16, 2025, in Red Deer, Alberta at the age of 74 years.
Dianne was born on April 30, 1951 in Loon Lake, Saskatchewan and will be lovingly remembered by her children Lori Turner (Quintin) of Ponoka, Alberta, Linda Berger (Regan) of Central Butte, Saskatchewan, Jackie Anderson (Nat) of Ardrossan, Alberta; grandchildren Calvin Turner, Lucas Dube, Kimberly Harder (Landon), Ember Dube, Bailey, Cooper and Reagan Anderson, Woodrow and Mollie Berger; great-grandchildren Kinsley and Dallon Harder; siblings Marcel Lamarche, Marlene Wright, Karen Mihalick, and Collette Ogden; dear friend, Jack Mccollum; as well as numerous aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by her parents, Roger and Gisele (Hazel) Lamarche; her daughter, Carolyn Lagarde; and siblings Lorraine MacAdams and Michelle Lamarche-Swift.
Dianne will be fondly remembered for her love and talent of cooking, baking, gardening and flowers, her never-ending crafts, and the pride of her home and yard. Also, for the love of her family – especially of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She played an active role in the Anselmo community where she volunteered on many committees and loved to help serve with the ladies’ groups at many weddings, holiday events and community functions. In her later years, she thoroughly enjoyed and took pride in working at the Delia General Store. She will be forever missed.
Inurnment and a Celebration of Dianne’s life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations are gratefully accepted in Dianne’s name to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
