With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Crista Admussen, a beloved mother, daughter, and friend, on November 4, 2024, at the age of 47.

Crista’s life was a testament to kindness, resilience, and unwavering love. Born on July 19, 1977, she brightened every room with her warmth and sincerity. Her most cherished role was that of a mother to her three children, Taylor, Tessa, and Jesse,  and her three grandchildren,  Lochlan, Myles and Noah, who were her greatest pride and joy. Crista’s devotion to her family was boundless, and she poured her heart into ensuring their happiness and success.

Known for her sharp wit, compassionate spirit, and creative soul, Crista touched the lives of everyone she met. Through her laughter shared with friends, or the small acts of kindness she performed daily, Crista’s legacy will endure in the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her.

She leaves behind a world that is brighter because of her presence, though dimmer without her.

Crista is survived by her children, Taylor (Rylan), Tessa (Braiden), and Jesse, as well as her father, Frank Admussen (Carla), and her brother Darrel. She was predeceased by her mother, Phyllis. She has a loving community of family and friends who will carry her memory forward.

A celebration of Crista’s life will be held at a later date, to give her family time to heal.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to any addictions and mental health charity, in honor of her having fought battles nobody knew about.

Crista will be deeply missed, but her love and light will remain with us always.
