It is with great sadness that we announce that Corinna Lynn Johnson passed away peacefully on January 5th, 2023 at the age of 51, due to a long five year battle with illness.
Corinna was born in Wetaskiwin and was raised in the Falun area. Corinna attended Falun School and Pigeon Lake High School. She later attended NAIT where she studied Cooking. After NAIT, she began working for Telus in Edmonton and later transferred to Calgary, where she then went into the serving industry.
She got back together with her high school sweetheart Blaine in 2011, and moved to Leduc to be with him in 2013. They created a life together, moving to the family farm in 2016.
Corinna loved her animals and her little puppy who was the highlight of her life. Corinna was very spiritual and was heavily into her Angels. She did readings for so many and helped so many lost souls.
Corinna is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Blaine Kobeluck; parents, Dennis and Mavis Johnson; sister, Lorile (Dean) Baumann; nieces, Alyssa Baumann and Kasey Fink; nephew, Tyler Baumann; great-niece, Ayla Fink; parents-in-law, Larry (Darlene) Kobeluck; sister-in-law, Leanne (Brian) Goertz; nieces, Taylor Babcook, Aleah Goertz; numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Corinna was predeceased by her grandparents, Mike and Wena Klein, Leroy and Gladys Johnson; aunts and uncles, Noreen and Joe Brittain, Leona Raskauskas, and Merle Johnson.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Falun Community Hall (272019 AB-13, Falun, Alberta), with interment to take place at Fisherton Rundle's Mission Cemetery, Westerose, at a later date.
