Carol Pearl Sakaluk

Carol Pearl Sakaluk - January 20, 1946 to April 25, 2025

It is with sadness with family announces the passing of Carol Sakaluk at the age of 79. She was born in Wetaskiwin to Annie and Holger Carlson.  Sister to Larry Carlson, Jerry Carlson and Barbara Howey.  She was predeceased by her husband, Larry Sakaluk; older sister, Marlene Ardnt; and parents, Annie and Holger Carlson. Mother to Tracey Campbell (Darren), Carrie Effon (Henry), Jon Sakaluk (Terri) and Wendy Franke (Robert). Grandmother to Tiana, Zahara, Isaiah, Ethan, Ashlee, Owen, Colby, Chase and Whitney.

Carol wanted to thank her parents, brothers, sisters, husband, children, grandchildren, her extended family and Larry's extended family, friends and neighbours for their love and support through out the years. "I had such a wonderful life because my family and friends". She also wanted to thank Dr. Jeffery, emergency doctors and the health professionals on Unit 35 at the Wetaskiwin Hospital. In memory of Carol, donations may be made to the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation - Palliative Care Unit.
