Arlie is survived by his children: Delsie (Kyle), Jody (Andrew), Orville (Francine), and Drew Peigan; grandchildren: Kyle (Julia), Owen, Colton, Jannea, Jayven, Jaymin, Jayce, Serena, Kevin, Logan, Deanna and Shawn; great-grandchildren: Celine, Ceanna, and Odessa; sisters: Roxane Peigan (Julio), Debbie Peigan-Seifert (Larry), Sandra Peigan, Brenda Peigan (Darwin), and Sonja Peigan (Aaron); brother Rick Peigan; numerous nieces and nephews: Ingrid Kelln (Dean), Marsha Omeasoo (Todd), Barry Peigan, Melissa Bruno, Lyvia, Ryan Bruno, Heather Peigan (Erik Lee), Michelle, Eric, Jordan, Janine (Terrance), George, Kendrick, Michael, Shanna (Brodey), Gavin, Elizabeth, Keira, Erin, Samantha, Angel, Natalie, Louisa, Rick Jr.,Rocky, Brandon; aunties: Monica Soosay, Leona Omeasoo, and Cecilia Bugle; uncles: Leon Bugle and Bob Bugle; cousins: Joyce Morin, Sharon Tailfeathers, Ralph Peigan, Malcolm Peigan, Patricia Soosay, Violet, Gilda, Eugene, Al, and Keith; and Loving Kinship of: Saddleback, Bugle, Okeymow, Greene family members and friends.

Arlie was predeceased by his parents George and Elizabeth Peigan; Brothers: Brian, Joya, and Adelore Peigan; grandparents: Isabelle Greene-Peigan-Saddleback, Sam Saddleback, George Peigan Sr., Alice and Sam Bugle; great-grandparents Joseph and Margret Desjarlais; aunties: Rena, Helen, Mary Saddleback, Agnes Peigan, Eliza Okeymow, Caroline Bugle-Omeasoo, and Millia Bugle; uncles: Abraham, Dick, Alphonse, Martin, Henry Bugle, and Charlie Freed; cousins: Leroy, Roger, Chester, Adrian, Darlene, Saddleback, Valerie Bugle, Larry, Faye, Erwin, Trevor Peigan, John Soosay, Lillian, Georgese, Daniel, Edwin, and Linda Jensen; nephews: Lehi Peigan, Kevin Peigan, and Jared Peigan; and niece Raven Peigan.
