Andrew is survived by his wife, Leslie Ward; children, Micheal, Jamie, Shalieh (Donovan), Tristen (Jolene), Tianna, Lavina, Zariah, Andrew Jr., Macey, Caelije and Kaydence;mother, Judy Threefingers; grandchildren, Malia, Janessa, Zaide, Daleigha, Bradley, Layla, Kason, Kaston, Jedd, and Cashis; siblings, Cheryl Threefingers, Lucille North Peigan, Nelsena Deschamps and Rocky Threefingers; nieces and nephews, Sapphire, Rocky Jr., Jaiven, and Baby Q; father-in-law, James Whitebear.

Andrew was predeceased by his father, Louis Threefingers; daughter, Cassie Ward; sister, Brenda Deschamps; and mother-in-law, Darlene Ward.
