Adrian is survived by his children, Sharee, Kimowan, and Clinton Green; siblings, Miranda and Sherry Green; grandchildren, Stephen, Judianne Green, Kennison Green-Lewis,  and Kirrily Green-Bear; nieces nephews, Kayla, Keegan, Evan, Brandon, Tashina, Hailey, Creelyn, and Destiny; grandchildren, Harmony, Mercedie, Sierra, Zackery, Jennifer, Autumn, Andre, and Kyzer; and Kokums, Mariah Rabbit, Marlene Cabry and family; brother-in-law, Bill; George, Sonia, Kendra, Joanne, Lee, Shawn, Carol, Shawnee, Raven, Bella, Steve, Jared, and the Wapass  family.

He was predeceased by his mother, Gail Green; father,  Roy McCarthy; wife, Maureena  Thunderchild; siblings, Corrie  and Wally Green; grandson, Wade Green; grandparents, Katherine and Charles  Green; and great-grandparents, John and Nancy Cabry and Eli and Peggy Green; Danny, Shirley, Martha and Jimmy Pipe, Josephine, Dorothy Cabry, Linden, Leopold Nepoose, Lavina Nepoose, Viola Green, Hilda Crane; and Kokum Beatrice Cutknife.
